Terms
Last updated: 3 November 2026
Draft. This text must be reviewed before the app launches.
These terms apply when you use dibsi, an app run by Seniorito AB, based in the Gothenburg area, Sweden. By using the app you accept them.
The service
With dibsi you make wishlists, share them with friends and family, and reserve gifts on other people's lists, alone or together with others. The app is free. We may change, improve or add to it over time.
Your account
- You need to be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- Give correct details when you sign up, and keep your sign-in to yourself.
- Tell us at hi@dibsi.se if you think someone else is using your account.
What you add
- You are responsible for what you add and share: wishes, photos, notes, messages and receipts.
- Don't add anything illegal, offensive or that infringes someone else's rights, and only post photos of other people with their consent.
- You keep the rights to what you add. You let us store and show it, to the people you share it with, so the app works.
- We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Other users
We can't check who other users really are, and we aren't responsible for what they add or whether they buy what they reserved.
Purchases
We don't sell the products on your lists. Purchases are made in other shops and are between you and the shop. Prices and product information fetched from links may be wrong or out of date.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Delete account. We may also end the service or your account, and tell you in good time if we do so for reasons other than a breach of these terms.
Liability
We do our best to keep the app working and your data safe, but we can't promise it is always available or free from errors. We aren't liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by other users, unless we caused them intentionally or by gross negligence. This doesn't limit your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you in the app before the changes take effect. If you don't want to accept them, you can delete your account.
Law and disputes
Swedish law applies to these terms. Disputes are settled by a Swedish court. As a consumer you can also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the courts in the country where you live.
